Guest comeonyoureds Posted March 20, 2004 Share Posted March 20, 2004 well after todays woeful performance its definately time for a bit of a shake up! so this is how id start on weds, as it couldnt do much worse!....... ......................peacock................... tinman......miller.........goodfellow.......roberts butler.........hill..........lita.........coles .................bell.........burnell............. ive picked this team with danny wilson style thinking! -peacock in goal as its the closest he's likely to get to a goal again this season, -tinman at right-back because he's left footed and has no pace, -miller at centre half as he might have a chance of getting a goal (own goal), -goodfellow at centre half because he's weak and gets pushed off the ball easily, -roberts at left back because he's right footed, -butler right wing as he has no pace, -hill centre midfield because he's to good to be a defender, -lita in midfield because he's citys best chance of a goal, -coles left wing because he can kick a ball more than 30 yards so must be able to -cross as well, -bell and burnell up front because as having strikers up front doesnt work so perhaps the exact opposite of using defenders up front mite does this make me as clueless as danny wilson is at the moment?? at least it should give the tranmere fans something to laugh at anyway!
