charliedinks
Look how few points Southend and Colchester went up with.I know it's largely irrelevant because this season we're going to need more points but still shows how close we are!Final 2005/2006 Football League One Table P HW HD HL HGF HGA AW AD AL AGF AGA Points GD Southend 46 13 6 4 37 16 10 7 6 35 27 82 +29 Colchester 46 15 4 4 39 21 7 9 7 19 19 79 +18 Brentford 46 10 8 5 35 23 10 8 5 37 29 76 +20 Huddersfield 46 13 6 4 40 25 6 10 7 32 34 73 +13 Barnsley 46 11 11 1 37 19 7 7 9 25 25 72 +18 Swansea 46 11 9 3 42 23 7 8 8 36 32 71 +23 Nottm Forest 46 14 5 4 40 15 5 7 11 27 37 69 +15 Doncaster 46 11 6 6 30 19 9 3 11 25 32 69 +4 Bristol C 46 11 7 5 38 22 7 4 12 28 40 65 +4 Oldham 46 12 4 7 32 24 6 7 10 26 36 65 -2 Bradford 46 8 9 6 28 25 6 10 7 23 24 61 +2 S****horpe 46 8 8 7 36 33 7 7 9 32 40 60 -5 Port Vale 46 10 5 8 30 26 6 7 10 19 28 60 -5 Gillingham 46 13 4 6 31 21 3 8 12 19 43 60 -14 Yeovil 46 8 8 7 27 24 7 3 13 27 38 56 -8 Chesterfield 46 6 7 10 31 37 8 7 8 32 36 56 -10 Bournemouth 46 7 11 5 25 20 5 8 10 24 33 55 -4 Tranmere 46 7 8 8 32 30 6 7 10 18 22 54 -2 Blackpool 46 9 8 6 33 27 3 9 11 23 37 53 -8 Rotherham 46 7 9 7 31 26 5 7 11 21 36 52 -10 Hartlepool 46 6 10 7 28 30 5 7 11 16 29 50 -15 Milton Keynes 46 8 8 7 28 25 4 6 13 17 41 50 -21 Swindon 46 9 5 9 31 31 2 10 11 15 34 48 -19 Walsall 46 7 7 9 27 34 4 7 12 20 36 47 -23 See Football League One table from a different season 2006/2007 2005/2006 2004/2005 2003/2004 2002/2003 2001/2002 2000/2001 1999/2000 1998/1999 1997/1998 1996/1997 1995/1996 1994/1995 1993/1994 1992/1993 See another table from 2005/2006 English Premier Football League Championship Football League One Football League Two Football Conference Scottish Premier Scottish Division 1 Scottish Division 2 Scottish Division
charliedinks
AND....we've got the same points with eleven games left as we finished with last year!
charliedinks
I reckon you're spot on. 85 points and it's bye bye sh£t league, hello Championship
cidercity1987
I reckon you're spot on. 85 points and it's bye bye sh£t league, hello ChampionshipIf we were to choke a bit, 81 points would probably give us half a chance of getting automatic. If Forest continued their current 1.75 points a game they'd get 80/81 points. Obviously Forest, Oldham or Yeovil may go on a run of form to change that, but we'd only need 16 points from our last 11 games to give us a chance of automatic. If we got 85 points and didn't get automatic then we'd just have to say fair play to whoever overtakes us because it'd take a very good effort from them. I know we're 4/1 to go up as Champions, but anyone know what odds we are to go up automatically?
Redtucks
I know we're 4/1 to go up as Champions, but anyone know what odds we are to go up automatically?Odds for City as champions are now between 3/1 and 7/2, depending on which bookie you use.Not sure about the odds for automatic promotion, but Corals have us at 4/6 for promotion (which presumably includes the possibility of winning the play-off).
