Guest BCFC_DEANO
Dunno if this topic has been started before but when the song is played at the gate the chorus goes loud. Anyone got any ideas for words for the rest of the chorus as after hi ho bristol city most people just stop. Think it would make the atmosphere even better if we had some more words for it. any ideas.
Claverham_Red
From http://www.google.com/ Hi Ho Silver Lining You're everywhere and nowhere baby, that's where you're at Running down a bumpy hillside, in your hippy hat Flying across the country, and getting fat Saying everything is groovy, when your tires are flat And it's high ho silver lining, no matter where you go now baby I see your sun is shining But I won't make a fuss, though it's obvious Flies are in your pea soup baby, they're waving at me Anything you want is yours now, only nothing's for free Lies are going to get you someday, just wait and see So open up your beach umbrella, while you're watching TV And it's high ho silver lining, no matter where you go now baby I see your sun is shining But I won't make a fuss, though it's obvious And it's high ho silver lining, no matter where you go now baby I see your sun is shining But I won't make a fuss, though it's obvious And it's high ho silver lining, no matter where you go now baby I see your sun is shining But I won't make a fuss, though it's obvious And it's high ho silver lining, no matter where you go now baby I see your sun is shining But I won't make a fuss, though it's obvious Yeh I like this song aswell

Guest EastEnder
Poferhampton Wanderers do this on a regular basis when the teams come out - and they belt it out all around the ground Another just recently being fully adopted is Pigbag (a Bristol group during the 80s I beleive) doing their instrumental version of Pigbag! This is Fiddlesbroughs theme tune but I reckon the band got the boys in the EE going pretty well with that. The third one we've nicked recently that Sheepfield Utd made their own last season, especially when they played Nottagain Forest in the play offs, is the tune to "You have to laugh or eles you'd cry" - can't remeber the proper title sorry
